Pulse Jet Filter for Asphalt Plant
Enviroflo have recently supplied a replacement Pulse Jet Filter to Aggregate Industries for their Duntilland quarry plant. The filter replaces an old filter on the M8 Super Blackmobile asphalt plant.
The filter was built adjacent to the existing plant while it was operating to allow the changeover to be carried out with the minimum of disruption to production.
The filter was designed for a gas flow of up to 55,3250 m3/h with temperatures up to 185 oC. The installation also included new skimmer, ductwork, a pneumatic conveying system and control panel.
